SAP GRCTo maintain the quality and consistency of its customer services, and to ensure business efficiency during a period of rapid growth and expansion, in June su53 established a new Practice Office.

The aim of the Practice Office is to consolidate all of the “back office” activities and processes to ensure that su53 provides its customers with :-

  • A consistently high quality approach to sales
    • listening to customer requirements and producing clear, innovative proposals capable of being delivered successfully
  • A standard approach to the management of engagements
    • understanding the different types of requirements arising during an engagement and having the management processes to handle them
  • An efficient approach to customer administration
    • time recording and billing processes which are clear and auditable

The Practice Office is also responsible for maintaining the currency and developing the skills of the consultancy team, ensuring that they have the time to keep abreast of new techniques and product developments.

Andy Thorn has been appointed Practice Office Manager – Andy has extensive knowledge and management experience in the IT Services industry. The other member of the Practice office team is Leah Hopkins – Leah has a lot of project management experience and has worked on SAP GRC implementation projects with su53.
